Dr. Aaron F. Brantly is the Cyber Policy Fellow at the Army Cyber Institute, as well as the Cyber Fellow at the Combatting Terrorism Center at West Point. In this interview, he discusses his book, "The Decision to Attack," and how military and intelligence agencies engage state and non-state actors in cyberspace.
