Reflections From The 2023 Soldier And NCO Of The Year

SFC Cody Beadle and SPC Jordan Perez both serve in B Company, 3rd Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment in the 101st Airborne Division. This year, SFC Cody Beadle won the FORSCOM NCO of the Year competition, while SPC Jordan Perez won the XVIII Airborne Corps Soldier of the Year competition.
